Meeting Place
1. The meeting place at Suvarnabhumi Airport is on the 2nd floor of the arrival hall (after collecting your luggage, it is on the 2nd floor). It is between Gate 3 and Gate 4. The Monkey Travel sign is attached to the right partition before reaching the information booth (? mark) at Gate 3. Please check it carefully. The location of the Monkey Travel logo and name may slightly vary on the day of the meeting.
2. From July 1, 2024, due to airport regulations, customer names cannot be displayed on signs at Suvarnabhumi Airport meetings. Currently, only signs with the company name or logo can be displayed at the meeting place. However, if the airport's regulation on signs is not strict, customer names can be displayed. If you do not see your name at the meeting point, please look for the logo with 'Monkey Travel' or 'Totobooking'.
3. Due to Suvarnabhumi Airport regulations, vehicles cannot wait at the entrance. After meeting the helper or driver, the driver will bring the car from the parking lot, and there will be a waiting time of about 10 to 15 minutes.
